What to wear for the training / Equipment:

Winter season: waterproof trousers, life-vest, not mandatory waterproof gloves, warm clothes, waterproof or running shoes

Summer season: gym outfit

​

Drink water bottle, clothes to change, paddle, not mandatory seat pad

​

For beginners, life-vest and paddlers are provided.
